Need assistance with properly establishing and maintaining a bookkeeping system for buy and hold real estate business that currently consists of six long-term rentals and one short term rental, and personal finance tracking.
Setting up and maintaining accurate financial records and required legal formalities for S-corporation that is designated to provide property management Services to the above real estate.
Perform and track payroll for S corporation
Manage all accounts payable related to the properties and the property management company.
Reconcile all accounts monthly and provide updated balance sheets, profit loss statement, and other relevant reporting.
Manage personal checking account, bill payment, reconciliation, monthly summary.
Maintain and track all required legal documentation for operations, including but not limited to LLC articles of organization, meeting minutes, banking records, EINs, Contracts, leases, deeds, Corporate Governance requirements, tax related information and supporting documentation, etc.
Assist with tax planning and other opportunities to enhance financial performance.

- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
