Act as a liaison between the clients and the R&D team i.e. analyzing the client’s requirements and prepare functional specifications for the development team to arrive at the required output
Review and own the functional requirements raised by different geographical locations
Validating and testing of development to attain expertise in the product functionalities
Provide functional training to peers, engineers and other stake holders
Address questions/queries raised by onsite client support consultants on product features and provide timeline for delivery of fix or solutions
Responsibilities

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
