- Previous experience using Zendesk
- Available to work 20 - 40 hours per week (7 days per week; may be a mix of weekdays and weekends)
- Ability to work remotely with high-speed internet access and up-to-date computer equipment
- 1-2 years of customer service experience (phone and email)
-Would like all emails in inbox to be cleared responded to and cleared each day
-Responses to emails on weekends is a must. We don't have tons but if someone has any questions, we need to get them a response on Saturdays and Sundays.
