We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance and completion of all HR processes and delivery of SLA from Bangalore
• supporting the global business
• Working with the UK Payroll and Compliance Manager to audit information and ensure
• accuracy
• Ensure compliance and completion of all HR processes (joining & leaving formalities,
• queries, probation confirmation and performance management etc) and delivery of SLA from Bangalore office supporting the UK/US and Asia Pac
• Manage and report on key metrics e.g. annual leave, absence to ensure delivery and
• * To effectively resource candidates from job boards or advert responses for various global vacancies within SLA
• Ensuring smooth information flow from HR admin to payroll in good time for monthly payroll
Responsibilities

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
