We are looking for a Staffing Coordinator with 1+ years experience, to assist our staffing department with recruiting and on-boarding process of applicants. Our ideal candidate has work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the staffing coordinator is to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
*Must have ATS System experience BambooHR
*Must have experience communicating through Ring Central
Work closely with the staffing team to brainstorm on innovative ideas to attract/recruit new talent.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Screen candidate resumes and job applications
Source/Recruit qualified candidates for open positions via Job Boards, Social Media etc.
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Keep track of compliance documentation

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
