Twitter Scraper - (probably best using API with multiple accounts) -

2. visit each instagram account daily and take followers number, following number, bio, if verified, date created, profile image, number of tweets, date of last tweet, likes, + comments + retweet number of the last tweet, name, @
3. Scrape all followers data from 2. And take - followers number, following number, bio, if verified, date created, profile image, number of tweets, date of last tweet, likes, + comments + retweet number of the last tweet, name, @
4. Repeat 2. Daily (at similar time each day for a profile)
5. Repeat 3. Daily (at similar time each day for a profile)
6. Take each of the 50k + new accounts will be added daily, account names @ and query twitter to see number of @ mentions / tagged and date / time of each
7. Repeat 6. Daily (at similar time each day for a profile)
